| To ensure a comfortable and professional environment during the conference, we kindly encourage all participants — including chairs and speakers — to observe a ‘Cool Biz’ dress code, in line with common practice in Japan. This means that neckties are not required, jackets are optional, and light, climate-appropriate business attire is entirely acceptable. |

| 7. Luncheon Seminars |
|
| Luncheon seminars require advance registration and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations and changes can be made via your registration 'My Page'. |

Only those who have completed their participation registration and payment are eligible. |

Luncheon seminars reserved in advance will be printed on your name badge . Please present it upon entering the venue. |

There will be no distribution of luncheon seminar tickets on the day of the event. Participants who did not make an advance reservation are requested to come directly to the venue. Admission will be granted if seats are available. |

The only luncheon seminar conducted in English will be LS11 on September 19; however, you are also very welcome to attend the Japanese-language seminars. |
