Registration Fee

*Residents and students are required to upload identification documents, such as a student ID or a certificate verifying their status, upon completing registration. Further details will be provided in the confirmation email.

How to Register

Please follow the information below and click the “New Registration” button at the bottom of the page to register for JSHBPS2026.

Payment Methods

Payment is accepted by credit card only (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club).

Notes:

*Payment must be completed within 72 hours after registering your information.
If you register on the day of the deadline, payment must be completed before the deadline.
If the payment deadline passes, your registration account will be invalid, and you will be unable to register again using the same e-mail address.

*All participants are required to complete registration before arriving at the venue.

Registration E-mail Address (ID) and Password

Please ensure that you keep your registered email address and password secure, as they will be required to access the on-demand site and the service counter.
For security purposes, your password will not be displayed in the registration confirmation email.

How to Receive Your Name Badge, Receipt, and Certificate of Attendance

Abstract Book and Web App

The abstract book will not be printed. Abstracts will be available through the web-based app starting in May.

Modifying Your Information

You may revise your registration details and change your participation method (in-person or on-demand) at the service counter. Please note that your e-mail address, registration categories, and fees cannot be changed. If you have registered under the wrong category or paid an incorrect fee, please contact the Registration Desk by email.
If you make any changes at the service counter, please download the updated name badge before attending the meeting in person.

Cancellation policy

We are unable to cancel your registrations once you complete your registration, nor can we provide refunds for duplicate registrations. Additionally, we are unable to make any changes that would affect fees that have already been processed.

Travel Grant Winners

The registration fee will be waived for travel grant winners.
The details will be provided to the winners by the Management Secretariat via email.

Online Registration

Use of Registration Data

The personal information you provide will not be disclosed to any third party without your permission.
However, certain registered data — such as registration category, gender, age, and area of expertise — may be used for statistical analysis of registration trends and viewing patterns.
The results of these analyses may be shared with third parties only as non-personally identifiable information.
