（1） Application Method

Please send your application details by e-mail to the JSHBPS 2026 Management Secretariat.

An invoice will be issued after the application closes.
Payment should be made by bank transfer. Please arrange a remittance to the bank account indicated on the invoice. Kindly note that any bank charges incurred both in your country and in Japan should be borne by the sender.
If you apply for optional items, the invoice will be issued after the meeting.

(4) Changes or Cancellations After Submission of Application

Once the application has been submitted, cancellation or modification will not be accepted. If a cancellation or change is unavoidable, a written request with the reason must be submitted and approved by the organizer.
Please note that sponsorship fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
In the event of unavoidable changes such as cancellation, postponement, format changes, or downsizing of the meeting (e.g., due to COVID-19), sponsorship cancellations will not be accepted, and the organizers will not be liable for any resulting losses.
