You are required to complete online registration before the congress period to participate either on-site or online. On-site registration will not be available.
- Some of the congress programs will be delivered live online and available by video-on-demand on the Virtual Meeting website, which will be announced on the congress website in due course.
- The login ID for the Virtual Meeting website will be issued once you have completed registration for the congress.

*1 “Fellows” includes graduate students. “Technicians (Non-industry medical professionals)” includes pharmacists, radiologists, clinical engineers, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.
*2 “Interns” must upload a certificate of employment with an official seal by the head of department, while “Students” must upload either a student ID or an approval letter signed by the head of department. PDF, JPG, GIF and PNG files are acceptable.
*3 Online access to Presidential Sessions is free for all healthcare professionals working in oncology (except those from Japan).
How to Register
Please register at the online registration site shown further below.
Once your registration is completed, you will receive an email message to confirm your registration and to provide you with a Virtual Meeting ID and a password for abstract viewing. After the registration process, if you do not receive any confirmation message within 30 minutes, please contact the registration secretariat (jsmo2026-reg@congre.co.jp).
The Virtual Meeting ID and password for abstract viewing are also provided in your registration account.
You can edit your registration information through the “Edit My Account” button in your registration account, except for your name and registration category.

Name Badge, Receipt, Certificate of Attendance, and Online Abstracts

Publishing your Abstract in the "Annals of Oncology"
If your abstract is accepted as a poster presentation and you wish to publish it in the "Annals of Oncology", you are required to pay JPY5,000 per abstract in addition to the registration fee. For more details, please refer to Publication in "Annals of Oncology".
- Acceptance/rejection notice will be sent at the end of December 2025.
Travel Award
The registration fee for JSMO2026 is waived for those who are granted the Travel Award.
Recipients will be notified by email in the middle of December 2025.

Visa Support Service
JSMO2026 provides assistance in preparing the required visa application support documents, including:
- “Letter of Guarantee”
- “Letter of Reason for Invitation”
The service fee is 15,400 JPY, separate from the registration fee.
You are required to complete your registration for JSMO2026 before applying to the visa support service.

Invitation Letter
The “Invitation Letter,” not intended for visa applications, is issued free of charge to the first authors of the abstracts for JSMO2026.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, removal of duplicate registrations, and/or refunds will NOT be accepted under any circumstances after payment is completed.
Any changes involving a change in amount cannot be accepted after payment. Please be sure to review your registration carefully.
