Tickets for Sponsored Seminars
Only Medical Seminars require tickets.
- You can freely participate in other seminars without a ticket.
Tickets can be obtained either before the congress period or on the day of each seminars.

- Online registration is required to obtain a ticket.
- Only one ticket may be obtained for seminars held in the same time slot.
- The number of tickets is limited. They will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis and will no longer be available once all tickets are distributed.
- Reissuance is not possible. Please take care not to lose your ticket.
- Priority entry is given to attendees with a ticket; however, tickets become invalid together with the seminar start time.
If obtaining tickets in advance
(From Monday, February 9, 2026 at noon to Monday, March 9, 2026 at noon (JST))
After completing registration, you may apply for a ticket.
Tickets will be issued upon arrival together with your conference name badge.
If obtaining tickets during the congress (March 26–28)
- A name badge is required to obtain tickets.
- Tickets may only be obtained for seminars held on the same day. Ticket distribution will end once the capacity is reached.
- If tickets remain after the ticket counter’s operating hours, they will be distributed in front of each seminar room.
