Weather & Climate (Late March in Yokohama, Japan)
In late March, Yokohama experiences a pleasant transition from winter to spring. During March 26–28, participants can expect the following:

Average daytime temperatures range from approximately 10°C (50°F) to 16°C (61°F). The climate is generally cool and comfortable, particularly suitable for conference attendance and city exploration. - Spring Atmosphere
Cherry blossoms typically begin blooming in late March. While full bloom may vary by year, attendees may enjoy early spring scenery throughout the city. - Comfortable Sightseeing Conditions

Transportation IC Card (Suica / PASMO)
An IC transportation card will be extremely useful during your stay in Japan.
In the Yokohama area, Suica and PASMO cards are commonly used.
These cards allow seamless travel on trains, subways, and buses, and can also be used at vending machines, convenience stores, and some taxis. Cards can be easily recharged at stations for continued use and are valid throughout most regions of Japan.
