Abstract Submission / Notification of Acceptance

Call for Abstracts

All abstracts should be submitted through the online abstract submission system.
We suggest that you allow sufficient time for the submission since the submission system may become congested just before the submission deadline.

• Abstracts will be peer-reviewed and ranked by the review committee for award consideration.
• Outstanding abstracts will be selected as candidates for the JSOG Congress Awards or the JSOG Congress Encouragement Award and will be presented orally at the International Session.
• Only one abstract per first author may be submitted. However, there is no limitation on co-authorship of multiple abstracts.
• After evaluation by the review committee, authors will be notified of the acceptance of their abstracts by the end of January 2026.
• Abstracts will be published in the supplement to Acta Obstetrica et Gynaecologica Japonica in February 2026 and the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology Research (JOGR).

• This page is for overseas participants only.
  Participants living in Japan, including foreign students, should submit abstracts via the abstract submission page in Japanese.
• For invited speakers:
  The Organizing Secretariat will contact invited speakers individually regarding abstract submission. Please do not submit an abstract through this page.
• Please submit an abstract by clicking the “Abstract Submission” button at the bottom of this page. You must create an account first by clicking the “Create Your Account” button. Please keep your ID and password safe to access or revise your abstract after submission.
• The abstract text should be between 50 and 250 words in English.
• Before completing your abstract submission, please review the PDF preview of your abstract on the preview page. Once finalized, check the confirmation box and click the “SUBMIT” button to complete your submission.
• A confirmation email will be sent after submission. If you do not receive it, please contact the Organizing secretariat by e-mail (jsog2026-pg@congre.co.jp).

Presentation

• Overseas participants are welcome to make presentations covering a wide variety of topics from basic research to clinical practice in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the International Sessions to be held on May 15 (Fri.) and 16 (Sat.), 2026.
• Overseas participants, except those selected as candidates for the Awards, will give poster presentations. Only candidates for the JSOG Congress Award and the JSOG Congress Encouragement Award, selected through peer review of abstracts, will give oral presentations.
• Candidates for the JSOG Congress Award and the JSOG Congress Encouragement Award in the International Sessions will give oral presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. By submitting your abstract, you are automatically applying for the JSOG Congress Award and the JSOG Congress Encouragement Award.
• The official language for oral and poster presentations is English.
