International Session Poster (Poster presentation) will be held on May 15 (Fri.).
Poster presentations will be conducted using both printed posters and presentation slides.
Please note that presentations will be given at the presentation booth, not in front of the printed posters.
Presentations can be given on-site only.
Printed poster
The printed posters are for viewing purposes only, and no presentations will be conducted in front of them.
As posters will be replaced each day, presenters are kindly requested to mount and remove their posters by themselves.
How to Prepare Your Poster
- The abstract number at the top of the panel will be prepared by the Secretariat.s
- Please prepare the title, affiliation(s), and presenter name within a space of 70 cm (W) × 20 cm (H).
- International Session Posters must be prepared entirely in English (text and figures). Please also display summary.
- The usable poster panel space (excluding abstract number, title, and abstract) is 90 cm (W) × 150 cm (H). Layout is free, but please include a conclusion at the end.
- Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosure is required. Please refer to the “<Disclosure of COI (Conflict of Interest)>” on this page for details.
- Use lettering at least 18 mm high and prepare figures large enough to be readable from a distance.
- Posters must be mounted on the boards using thumbtacks provided by the Secretariat. The use of paste, glue, staples, or nails is not permitted.

- Posters not removed within the designated time will be discarded by the Secretariat.
- The Secretariat will not provide poster storage or return services.
Presentation Slides (PowerPoint)
Presentations will be delivered by operating the PC in front of a screen or monitor.
Please come to your assigned presentation booth, as indicated in the acceptance notification, at least 15 minutes before the session begins.

Mid-April 2026 (tentative) ~ 18:00 on the day before your presentation

How to Prepare Your Presentation Slides
- Presentation slides must be prepared in PowerPoint (16:9), including one title slide and one COI disclosure slide.
- There is no limit on slide number, but the file size must be within 500 MB.
- Please use font sizes of at least 18 points so that the slides can be read from a distance.
Embedded videos are allowed, but audio cannot be played. Please remove the audio before embedding.
How to Submit Your Presentation Slides
- Presentation slides must be prepared in PowerPoint and uploaded in advance.
Please be sure to complete the online slide registration within the submission period.
- Information on the upload site will be sent individually to the email address registered at the time of abstract submission.
- Slides may be uploaded or revised multiple times during the submission period.
After the deadline, no new submissions or revisions will be accepted.
As access to the system may be heavy near the deadline, early submission is strongly recommended.
- Presentation slides may be included in the on-demand distribution (approximately one month).
Please indicate whether you agree to on-demand distribution when registering your slides.
How to Present On-site
- No on-site slide submission is required, and presenters do not need to visit the PC Preview Desk.
Please select your presentation file and begin your presentation at the booth.
- The presentation time is 3 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for discussion.
- Each session will have a Chair, who will moderate the presentations.
Please follow the Chair’s instructions and keep strictly to the allotted time.
- The presentation language for the International Session Poster is English.
- Please note that failure to arrive by the assembly time (15 minutes before the session begins) may result in cancellation of your presentation.
- PowerPoint Presenter View is not available during presentations.
- Slides can be viewed throughout the congress.
- After the congress, presentation slides from those who consent will be made available online via the on-demand distribution site. Please indicate whether you agree to online distribution when uploading your presentation slides.

All speakers are required to disclose any financial relationship (within the past 3 years) with a biotechnology manufacturer, a pharmaceutical company, or other commercial entity that has an interest in subject matter or materials discussed in the abstract.
