All participants are required to complete online registration before the congress. On-site registration will not be available.

3. Format of the meeting: On-site and On-demand viewing
On-site meeting: July 9 - 11, 2026
On-demand viewing period: The start date will be announced on the website at a later time.
*General oral presentations, Mini-oral presentations (e-posters), sponsored seminars are not available for On-demand streaming.
4. Registration Fee
Participation in the 9th Takao International Symposium and the Cardiovascular Development Forum in Japan 2026 also requires the same registration as this scientific meeting.
The registration categories are shared as well. Please complete your registration.

Venue: LINKPILLAR Hall A & B1, B2F, TAKANAWA GATEWAY Convention Center
Participation Fee: JPY 1,000 (for both early and regular registration)
*The participation fee for the Banquet will be fully donated as a charity contribution to the Japan Association for the Children’s Heart Disease.
If you wish to attend, please register online through the registration system together with your conference registration.
5. Online Payment
Online credit card payment only.We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express.
No other payment methods, including bank transfer, are accepted.
Payments will be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
6. Cancellations and Refunds
No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for any reason once payment has been completed.
Changes to registration category that result in a change in payment amount are also not permitted after payment.
Please review your registration details carefully before completing the payment.
7. How to Register

After completing your registration, a confirmation email will be sent automatically.

8. Receipt, Name Badge, Certificate of Attendance
After completing your registration, your name card can be downloaded and printed from the “My Page” for the 62nd Annual Meeting.
Please note that on-site printing, reissuance after the designated download period, reissuance in the event of loss, and mailing services will not be provided.
Name straps will be available in front of the General Information Desk. Please stop by the desk on your first day at the venue, insert your name card into the holder, and wear it throughout the meeting.
