Important Information

Submission Deadline:

12:00, July 15, 2022 (JST) extended to 12:00, August 1, 2022 (JST) extended to 12:00, August 15, 2022 (JST) Abstract Submission has been closed. Thank you for your submission.

Notification of Acceptance: in August

Registration: presenters must be registered and have paid the registration fee by September 15, 2022 (JST); otherwise the abstract will be removed from the program.

45-55% of the abstracts adopted for poster presentations will be available for publication in Transplantation Proceedings.

It is the submitter responsibility to ensure that all co-authors approve of the abstract submission, publication, and potential presentation at TSS 2022.

Abstract Guidelines

All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the Congress management system.

• Abstracts should be submitted only in English and there is no fee for submission.
• The abstract text body is limited to 3,000 characters including spaces, authors, institutions and study groups.
• The title is limited to 100 characters.

• The body is limited to 1,600 characters.

• Only registered presenters will have their accepted abstracts published.
• It is the submitter responsibility to ensure that all co-authors approve of the abstract submission, publication, and potential presentation at TSS 2022.

Organ Trafficking and Tourism Ethics Compliance

To be eligible to submit an abstract, you must disclose that the author(s)/ scientist(s) have not violated any aspect of the following Ethics Statement:

• Declaration of Istanbul (DOI) ethics' statement
• Research conforms with the ethical statement on human research subject, Helsinki Declaration of The World Medical Association
• The Ethics of Xenotransplantation (Xenotransplantation 10:194-203, 2003) For research involving human subjects -The Helsinki.
• The Transplantation Society Ethics statement

We have a request from abroad and the LOC of TSS2022 made a decision to allow presenters to submit the abstracts before making a registration.
Presenters with accepted abstracts are required to register for TSS2022 by September 15, 2022 (JST).

-Please input “reg99999” into the registration ID. When you complete the submission, kindly save your password and abstract number.

-The password and abstract number will be required when you edit your abstracts. If you forget the password, please submit the abstracts again. (We are unable to inform you of your password when you forget your password and contact us.)
