* Presenters are required to register for participation before the congress starts.
There is no need to register for this congress multiple times; please make the registration for the congress only once, regardless of the number of their accepted abstracts.
We have a request from abroad and the LOC of TSS2022 made a decision to allow presenters to submit the abstracts before making a registration.

Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made only with Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club).
Registration Deadline: Within 30 minutes after submitting your email address.
Your application will be cancelled 30 minutes after submitting your email address.
Payment Deadline: Within 30 minutes after submitting your information
Your application will be cancelled 30 minutes after the submission without the payment.
Your application will be also cancelled if you will not make a payment before the registration deadline.
Online registration
When you make a registration of TSS2022, you will need to go from a "provisional registration" to a "definitive registration"*. Please register your email address to receive the URL of a definitive registration system which will be mentioned in a confirmation email of your provisional registration.
* Kindly note that a definitive registration should be completed in 30 minutes after you make a provisional registration.

Correction of registration details, Cancellation policy
You may confirm your registration details and modify your information, such as your affiliation from the “My Page”. However, you cannot change the category, email address and password once you have completed a registration.
Please note that there will be no refund once you complete your payment under any circumstances.
If you forget your password, please contact to the registration secretariat indicated below.
Receipt and Certificate of Participation
For on site attendees:
Your receipt and the certificate of Participation will be issued with your name card at the venue.
For attendees of only on demand streaming:
Your receipt and the certificate of participation can be obtained in “My Page” from noon, December 5, 2022 (JST).
How to watch On-demand Streaming
On-demand streaming Period: Noon, December 5 - 6:00pm, December 26, 2022 (JST)
On-demand streaming will be available through the “My Page”.
To log in to the “My Page”, your registration ID and the password are required.
For registrants and invitees who received your registration ID the password before December 2 (Fri), your password will be changed to "Kyoto2022". Please log in to the “My Page” with your registration ID and the password "Kyoto2022".
For registrants who make a registration from December 3 (Sat), please log into the “My Page” with your registration ID and the password you would register.
Once you log in to the “My Page”, please click the button “on-demand” in the left side of the menu bar on the page.
