Important Deadlines
- Early registrations are accepted from April 1st to September 17th (Japan Standard Time)
- Standard registrations are accepted until: October 21st (Japan Standard Time)

The registration fee covers participation in both the APSMM 2024 and JSMM 2024 congresses.
Abstracts must be submitted via the online registration system. It is required to complete your payment of registration before you submit your abstract. However, if for some reason you are unable to make the payment before abstract submission, please refer to ABSTRACTS page.
*A certificate is required for students or residents. Please upload a student ID or a certificate of employment in the time of registration.
**In general, Accompanying person is accepted in Family/Partner only.
Kindly note since Accompanying person is only accepted to attend
social events: Welcome Reception (November 6th) and Social Gathering (November 8th).
Please select Regular fee if you would like to attend the sessions.
Payment method
Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card.
The due date for Early Bird Registration payment is September 17th, 2024. (Japan Standard Time)
Please note that payments for the early bird registration will not be accepted after this date.
Cancellation Policy
*Please note that no refunds will be made after your registration payment has been completed.
Notes
- Please make sure to keep a copy of your password that setting in the user registration for yourself since Congress Secretariat for JSMM 2024/APSMM 2024 would not manage or store it. If you forget your password, please reset the password from here.
- We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (Chromium) in case of Windows, or Google Chrome in case of Mac. Depending on your computer software, you may not be able to registrate it. Please update your computer settings and try again.
