Guide for receiving
*To pick up your travel grant, your own presentation should have been finished.
*Please bring your passport as your photo-ID, when you come to pick it up.
*You can be referred the e-mail for detailed information.
Application Criteria
- Applicants must be the first author of the presentation accepted for the 8th Congress of Asia-Pacific Society for Medical Mycology or the 68th Annual Meeting of Japanese Society for Medical Mycology and giving a presentation on the accepted abstract at the Congress Venue in Kyoto, Japan.
- Membership in the Japanese Society for Medical Mycology is not required.
- Applicants cannot be selected for any other travel grants.
Number of Recipients
Up to 90 participants
*The subject to change depending on the number of applications.
Grant Amount
50,000 YEN
*The grants will be given to applicants at the congress venue.
*There will be no waiver of participation fees.
Application Procedure
Please fill out the application form from the button “Application Form for Travel Grant” below and submit it.
The Grant Review
The Grant Review Committee will review each application.
Notification
Grant applicants will receive an email notification of the result in the end of August 2024.
