In order to enter Japan, all participants need a valid passport.
Visas may be required for participants from some countries.

Invitation Letter and
Visa support
Those who need invitation letter or support for visa application documents*, please fill out the application form from the button “Application Form for VISA Support” below and submit it.
Kindly note it is required to finish your payment of registration before you apply for Visa support.
* Kindly note Support for Visa application documents is not FREE. JTB Corp. will contact you if you need Support for Visa application documents. Please note they will NOT apply for VISA applications on your behalf.
Please note that
- VISA application documents will be sent after confirming the payment for VISA support (JPY22,000).
- It takes about one week to the issuance of the VISA documentation from the application.
- VISA support does not guarantee the acquisition of VISA.
- Please well consider the VISA application period in your country and apply for VISA support.
- Refunds for VISA support will not be made after the documents are issued.
