Conference Registration
•  Participants are kindly requested to complete their registration online in advance and present themselves at the on-site registration desk upon arrival at the venue.

•  On-site Check-in (Name Badge Pick-up) desk will be open during the following hours
  October 2 (Thu)  8:00–18:30
  October 3  (Fri)    8:00–18:30
  October 4  (Sat)  8:00–16:00　
  Venue: Dejima Messe Nagasaki, 2F Foyer
Foreign Currency Exchange
•  Russian rubles cannot be exchanged in Japan.
•  Please exchange them into US dollars, euros, or other currencies before arrival.
•  Foreign currency exchange machines are available at Hilton Nagasaki (next to the venue) and inside Nagasaki Station.
