If you wish to cover the congress, please complete the application form by Friday, September 26.
After reviewing your application, the Secretariat will send you the Press Guidelines and Agreement Form.
On the day of the event, please proceed to the press desk at the venue, where your application will be verified.
Please note that, depending on the purpose of coverage, we may decline your request. |

A press desk will be set up at the 2F Lobby, Dejima Messe Nagasaki. |

All attendees are kindly requested to present their business card at the press desk. |

Once the publication or broadcast date of your coverage has been determined, please notify the Secretariat by email. |

Coverage is limited to activities within the congress venue. |

Please complete the required fields in the press application form below.
After reviewing your application, the Secretariat will provide you with the Press Guidelines and Agreement Form.
Please complete them and submit them by email to the Organizing Office (ippnw2025@congre.co.jp).
On the day of the event, your press pass will be issued at the press desk in exchange for your business card.
If your company has its own press armband, please bring it with you. |
