Abstracts

All abstracts from the scientific program and for poster presentations is now available. Abstracts will be available for online viewing for the duration of the ISFP Congress and for an extended period of at least 12 months.

A password is required and will be provided separately to registered participants only.

Certificate of Attendance

The certificate of attendance will be available for download from your "My Page" after November 15.

Cloakroom and Storage

A cloakroom and luggage deposit room will be available on the 4th floor. The venue and the organizers are not responsible for any items lost or left behind.

Evening Coffee Break on November 15

On the first evening, relax and enjoy some coffee, wine and beer before the final session of the afternoon.

Exhibition

The Exhibition Area will be located in the 4th floor foyer.

Liability

The Congress Secretariat and Congress Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the ISFP Congress.

Participants are expected to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.

Luncheon Seminars

Before the Luncheon seminars start, lunch boxes will be provided in front of each seminar room. You can pick up a lunch box where you attend the seminar. Please note that the number of lunch boxes is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Name Badge

You can access your name badge sheet by signing in to "My Page," which is your personal page after registration:

  • Print your name badge sheet and bring it with you.
  • Upon arrival at the venue, collect a badge holder from the registration desk.
  • Fold your printed badge and place it in the holder.
  • Kindly wear your badge throughout the congress.

Admission to the congress will not be allowed without badge identification. Vouchers for workshops you have booked will also be printed on your name badge sheet.

Oral Presentations

For Chairs

  • Please take your seat in the “Next Chair Seat” at least 15 minutes before the beginning of your session and kindly adhere to the time allotted for the session and each presentation.

For Speakers

  • Take your seat in the “Next Speaker Seat” 15 minutes before your presentation.

Photography and Recording Policy

Participants are asked to be respectful of their colleagues by switching cell phones to silent mode before entering the session rooms. Video and audio recording are not allowed.

Poster Presentation Room

Posters will be available for viewing on-site on Saturday and Sunday of the congress. Viewing will be divided into two groups:

  • Group A on Saturday, November 16
  • Group B on Sunday, November 17

Poster Mounting and Dismantling Schedule

  • Pins for mounting posters are provided by the Congress Secretariat.
  • Poster presenters should plan to be beside their posters to answer questions during the breaks as scheduled in the program.
  • The Congress Organizer is not responsible for posters that are not removed on time.

The Registration and Information Desk will be located at the entrance on the 4th floor.

Speakers are requested to visit the Speakers’ Preview Desk in the 4th floor foyer no later than one hour prior to the session to upload and preview their presentation.
