Before submitting your abstract, registration is required.
Abstracts submitted without prior registration will be invalidated, and they will not be included in the program.

- In order to benefit from the fee for “Junior doctors (under 30 years old), Affiliated Health Professionals and Students” category, a submission of your status confirmation (ID card or an approval letter signed by the Head of Department) must be uploaded during the online registration. The Congress Secretariat will review your status confirmation and contact you if any inquiries. Approval letter template is available from here.
The registration fee includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Access to Opening Ceremony and Closing ceremony
- Afternoon Seminar and coffee breaks
- Welcome reception
Methods of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card. American express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.
Confirmation
As soon as we confirm your application and payment, we will send you a confirmation by email bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk on site to receive the congress materials.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- Postmarked before July 31, 2024 – 100% refund (minus 8000 JPY handling fee)
- Postmarked from August 1, 2024 – 50% refund
- No refund on cancellations sent after October 15, 2024
Visa
For those requiring an invitation letter from ISFP2024 or visa application documents, kindly reach out to the registration secretariat at isfp2024-reg@congre.co.jp after completing your registration. We strongly advise completing your registration by August 31, 2024, to ensure sufficient time for visa application processing. Please be aware that necessary documents will be prepared solely for those who have completed registration with payment. When contacting the secretariat office, please include your registration number.
