JCS2025 will be held as an on-site event in Yokohama, Japan, March 28-30, 2025.
After the conference, on-demand streaming is scheduled from 10:00, April 9 (Wed) to 23:59, May 9 (Fri).
＊On-demand streaming will be partially available for designated sessions, but not for free papers.

Please have the head of your institution certify your qualification by signing and affixing their seal in the “Head of Institution” section on the certificate. Please note that unless you present the certificate, you will not be eligible for the relevant registration fee.

- Please print out or bring your “Registration Confirmation” from My Page to the Overseas registration, Exhibition Hall, Pacifico Yokohama to issue your name card.
- If you forget to bring your Registration Confirmation, please inform us of your name or registration number at the registration help desk. Your name card will be issued.

Luncheon Seminars, Fireside Seminars and Morning Seminars
The seminar tickets (free) are required to participate in Luncheon Seminars. Please be aware that the ticket will be invalid at the same time the seminars start.
- Please get a seminar ticket through online registration. Getting a seminar ticket through online registration has ended on Friday, Mar 14.

If there are seats left, seminar tickets are to be issued during the meeting period; however, the number is limited.

Photography Inside the Venues
No photography is allowed inside the venues.
No Smoking
The Japanese Circulation Society has promulgated an Anti-Smoking Declaration. In accordance with this declaration, smoking is prohibited in all venues and on the premises of each venue.

The event is held for health promotion for participants. Anyone, who registered JCS2025, is welcomed to join. It is not a race, so feel free to enjoy running and walking with the view of Yokohama in the beautiful morning of early spring. Hopping-in onsite is welcomed.
