Travel Grant

A Travel Grant is provided to the first author.
The first author must give a presentation on the accepted abstract at the 89th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Circulation Society (JCS2025) in Yokohama, Japan.
Even if more than one abstract is accepted, the travel grant will be provided for only one abstract.
The recipients of Travel Grant are exempt from Registration Fee.

Eligibility Criteria

  • A Travel grant is provided to the first author. The first author must give a presentation on the accepted abstract at the 89th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Circulation Society (JCS2025) in Yokohama, Japan. Even if more than one abstract is accepted, the travel grant will be provided for only one abstract.
  • Those who wish to receive the travel grant are required to complete the travel grant application procedures by December 19, 2024.

Application Procedures

To apply for the travel grant, it is necessary to send the application form to the Congress Secretariat via e-mail (jcs2025-prg@congre.co.jp).

Kindly note those who fail to submit the form by the deadline are NOT qualified to receive the travel grant.

Peer Review

All abstracts will be reviewed in the same manner, regardless of the application for the travel grant. An abstract acceptance is determined by the Congress Chairperson, based on the reviews by the Abstract Review Committee commissioned by the Congress Chairperson. The acceptance will be announced on the congress website.

Notification

Grant applicants will receive an email notification of the result with the detailed information in February 2025. Funds will be provided to the applicants with the accepted abstract at the meeting venue.
