1. Registration

Pre-registered participants

  • Participants who have already registered and paid for the meeting are to download and print their own name card from the online registration system prior to the meeting. Please be sure to bring it with you when you come to the meeting site.

    Downloading of the meeting badge is available from late August.

  • Please pick up a name card holder at the Registration Desk.
  • Participants not wearing name card will be refused entry into meeting rooms.

On-site registration

On-site registration is also available online. Please refer to the registration information page.

2. Cloakroom

A cloakroom is available for storing your luggage. Please be advised that valuables, umbrellas, and perishable goods are not accepted.

4. Exhibition and Stamp Rally

Corporate and academic exhibitions will be held in the exhibition area.

A stamp rally event will also be conducted. Further details will be available at the venue.

5. Various Seminars

Advance registration is required. Please apply through your registration My Page by noon on August 20.
Seats are limited; thank you for your understanding.

Participants who have pre-registered for the seminar

Your seminar reservation will be printed on your name badge. Please show it at the seminar room.

Participants who register on-site

You may still attend without prior reservation. Please go directly to the venue.
If meal boxes remain on the day, meal boxes will be available without a prior reservation.

6. Credits for Specialist Doctors

Participation in this meeting is eligible for continuing education credits for psychiatrists certified by the Japanese Society of Psychiatry and Neurology.
We encourage eligible professionals to take advantage of this opportunity.

How to receive credits

Please register at the designated desk using the JSNP membership card during the conference period.

Free Wi-Fi is available at the venue.
For printing, copying, and ATM services, please use nearby convenience stores.

8. Refreshments

    Free drinks will be served in the exhibition room.
    Please be advised that the number of drinks we can serve is limited.

9. Cool Biz Policy

    To support energy conservation, we strongly encourage Cool Biz attire during the meeting.
    ・No neckties required
    ・Casual wear such as polo shirts is welcome
    ・Conference staff will also follow Cool Biz dress guidelines

10. Prohibitions

  • Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited in presentation rooms. Audio/video recording, or using other devices (smartphone, etc.) to photograph/record presentation videos being played on the viewing site is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas.
  • Please refrain from posting content about the presentations on SNS sites.
  • Please set your mobile phones to silent mode or turn them off in presentation rooms.
