Minisymposia (Oral Presentations), Poster Presentations, and Wakate Dojo

  • Please select one format from Minisymposium (Oral Presentation), Poster Presentation, or Wakate Dojo. However, the final decision on the presentation format will be left to the program committee. A notification e-mail regarding acceptance/rejection and your presentation format will be sent after July 2025.
  • If you choose Minisymposium (Oral Presentation) and wish to be considered for selection as a presenter in the Technical Workshop program, please check the appropriate box in the 《UMIN Abstract Submission System》or 《Abstract Submission Microsoft Word File》. If you are selected as a presenter for the Technical Workshop, you will not present in the Minisymposium due to the one-presentation-per-participant policy. However, expressing your interest in being a workshop presenter will not disadvantage your chances of being selected as a Minisymposium presenter.
  • Additional information, such as poster size will be announced on the website approximately one month prior to the congress.
  • Eligibility for Wakate Dojo is limited to undergraduate students, graduate students or young researchers within 5 years of obtaining a Ph.D. Wakate Dojo is designed for the training program of students and young researchers, including a 10-min presentation and a 20-min Q&A session. For more information, see the 《Wakate Dojo Guidelines》 page.

Technical Workshop

Topics will range from optical imaging to electron microscopy, protein analysis, and AI. We look forward to seeing you there!

Technical Workshop 1 Proteome Analysis and its Methods
Dr. Shuichi Niima (Osaka Univ.),
Dr. Tetsuya Takano (Kyushu Univ.)
Technical Workshop 2 Comprehensive Analysis of Living Organisms (Brain Transparency and Large-scale Imaging Analysis)
Dr. Etsuo Susaki (Juntendo Univ.),
Dr. Takeharu Nagai (Hokkaido Univ.)
Technical Workshop 3 Image Analysis and AI/Informatics
Dr. Daichi Konno (Univ. Tokyo),
Dr. Nobuhiko Ohno (Jichi Medical Univ.)

Presentation Awards

  • Outstanding presenters in the Minisymposia (Oral Presentations) and Poster Presentations will receive the "Best Presentation Award" based on their career stage.
