Advance Registration for Seminars
If you wish to attend any of the Morning Seminars (Legend Lectures and Educational Lectures), Luncheon Seminars, or Evening Seminar, please be sure to make a reservation for each seminar through the participant registration website.

How to Register / Important Notes

Please click the “Participant Registration” button to access the registration website and log in using the email address and password you registered with.
If you have already completed your participant registration, please log in to your My Page and proceed via the “Seminar Reservation” button.
If you have not yet registered, you may apply for seminars during the participant registration process.
*Your email address and password for login are those you registered for during participant registration.

Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until each seminar reaches its seating capacity.
(After the registration deadline, if seats remain available, walk-in participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please proceed directly to the seminar room. Even if all meals have been distributed, participants may still attend the seminar if seating is available.)
- Please note that once capacity is reached, reservations will be closed even before the official deadline.
- Your seminar reservation status will be printed on your name card. Please present it at the entrance to each seminar room.
- Please note that advance reservations will become invalid after the seminar begins, so we kindly ask that you arrive and enter the venue before the start of the session.
