Format of the Congress

The 78th Annual Congress will be held on-site（in person）and will broadcast most sessions as on-demand streaming.
Details of the on-demand streaming sessions will be announced on the 78th Annual Congress website.
In addition, the following information may change in the future.

Registration Fee

On-site Registration：20,000 JPY（Credit Card）

* Payment might be made by credit card（Visa, Master, JCB, Diners, American Express）.

* Foreign participants who qualify for International Session do not need to be a member of the JSOG, but are required to pay 20,000 JPY/person as the registration fee.

* The registration fee covers admission to all scientific sessions and exhibitions.

* Registration Desk is open as follows；

There are Morning Seminar, Brunch Seminar, Luncheon Seminar, Afternoon Seminar and Evening Seminar as sponsor’s seminars. Free Lunch Tickets for Luncheon Seminars will be provided at the Luncheon Seminar Ticket Desk（Machine）from the time that registration starts on each day during the congress. Please note that the Ticket will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis and the Ticket Desk（Machine）will close when the full number of tickets has been issued.

* All sponsor’s seminars except the above seminars will be in Japanese only.

* QR code on your name badge is needed when getting the ticket.

* In addition to the regular lunch boxes, a few special lunch boxes (vegetarian friendly) will be available for Luncheon Seminar. Please ask the general information staff to pick up your lunch box. You can pick up the lunch box at (Lobby, 1F, Grand Mercure Sapporo Odori Park) or (Lobby, 2F, Sapporo Prince Hotel International Convention Center Pamir). Please note that the distribution will end as soon as the stock runs out.

* The seminars except the luncheon seminar do not require tickts. Please come directly to the venue
(first-come-first-served basis).

Congress Banquet for all participants/JSOG Congress Award Ceremony

Dress code	Business Attire（A buffet-style dinner will be served.）

* Participants may attend the Banquet free of charge.

* JSOG Congress Award will be given to a selected number of outstanding oral presentations at the “JSOG Congress Award Candidate”. The abstracts which aren’t selected as JSOG Congress Award, will be JSOG Congress Encouragement Award. JSOG Congress Encouragement Award will be presented at the Congress Banquet or at the Award Ceremony on May 16 (Sat.), 17:40-18:10 at Room 1.
