Registration

Congress will be held on-site (in-person) and most sessions will be broadcasted as on-demand streaming after the on-site congress.

On-site congress: May 15(Fri.)– May 17(Sun.) (JST)
On-demand streaming: May 27(Wed.) noon – June 26(Fri.) noon (JST)

• All participants need to register online. On-site registration is not available.
• Most sessions will be held in Japanese. Please check the program page for the list of sessions in English.

Registration Fee

20,000 JPY

Foreign participants who qualify for International Session do not need to be a member of the JSOG, but are required to pay 20,000 JPY/person as the registration fee.

Method of Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card.
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable.

* You can download the receipt only once.

Participation Method

Please register for the 78th Annual Congress of the Japan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology by clicking the "Registration/My Page" button below.
Please click "Create Your Account" and complete your registration.

On-site congress: Please come to the registration desk (Grand Mercure Sapporo Odori Park〔Lobby, 1F〕/ International Convention Center Pamir〔Lobby, 2F〕) with your registration completion email with QR code to receive your participation badge.　

On-demand streaming: On-demand streaming will begin on May 26 (Tue.).
Please visit the on-demand streaming page to watch the sessions you wish to view.

Visa Application

In order to enter Japan, all participants need a valid passport.
Visas may be required for participants from some countries.
