Asian Pacific Grants for Innovative Research Plans |

|
The Japanese Circulation Society (JCS) invites applications for innovative research projects based on original ideas from Asian countries (excluding Japan). The aim of this initiative is to foster groundbreaking cardiovascular research in Asia and to promote mutual advancement through academic exchange. We also seek to support the development of young researchers expected to lead the field globally in the future. |

Applicants must be under 40 years of age as of March 31, 2026. |
|
• |
Applicants are required to submit a research plan in either clinical or basic cardiovascular research. We are seeking original and innovative proposals. |
|
• |
Applicants must be from Asia-Pacific countries (excluding Japan) and must be recommended by an APSC-affiliated society with ongoing collaboration with JCS. |
|
• |
Applicants who have previously received a First Prize or Second Prize in this award are not eligible. |
|

NOTIFICATION OF PRELIMINARY SCREENING RESULTS |
|
|
Early October 2025 |
|
Finalists will deliver presentations at the 90th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Circulation Society. Awards will be given in three categories: First Prize (1 recipient), Second Prize (2 recipients), and Third Prizes (1–2 recipients). |

|
|
ANNOUNCEMENT OF AWARD WINNERS (Awards Ceremony) |
|
|
Award recipients will be announced and honored at the Awards Ceremony held during the 90th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Circulation Society. |

First Prize: 500,000 yen (1 person)
Second Prizes: 250,000 yen (2 people) |
